The Peachtree Health and Fitness Expo has moved

Tim Singleton, founder of the AJC Peachtree Road
Race, and Major General William Johnson, founder of the Kuwait Division of the
AJC Peachtree Road Race, will remotely start the Peachtree overseas divisions
which are taking place in Iraq, Kuwait and Afghanistan. Over 4,000 military
personnel are expected to participate in the overseas edition of the 2010 AJC
Peachtree Road Race.

Yacht Rock Revue Performs
2010 AJC Peachtree Road Race finishers can
celebrate their accomplishment with Yacht Rock Revue, one of Atlanta’s favorite
bands. Yacht Rock Revue will perform their favorite summer jams of the 70s on
the awards stage beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Winner Announcement
Two hundred and fifty lucky Peachtree
participants will receive a silver race number automatically qualifying them for
the Delta Runway to the World Contest. The winner of the contest receives
airfare for two to Rome, Italy along with four nights hotel stay in Rome. The
winner will be randomly selected on race morning and must be present to win.

Georgia. The first Peachtree was held in 1970 and featured 110 runners. The
